Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please get in touch with us at asiyahswaddle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate the return process, and our courier service will contact you to arrange a pickup.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, informing you of whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
If you've made a Cash on Delivery payment, please provide us with your bank account information (name, address, bank name, branch address, account number) via email to asiyahswaddle@gmail.com so that we can process the refund accordingly.
Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
